Mélanie Brétécher - RP (Qualifying)

I help people who are feeling anxious, down, overwhelmed, or stuck. Many of my clients come to me when they are struggling with self-doubt, people-pleasing, setting boundaries, managing big emotions, exploring who they are, or navigating relationship stress. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. I also have extensive experience working with neurodivergent clients and members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, and I offer affirming care that respects and celebrates your unique experiences. Together, we’ll work at your pace to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected.

I practice from a Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)–informed framework, while also integrating Person-Centred Therapy. My approach is warm, inclusive, and grounded in cultural humility, recognizing the broader social and personal factors that shape each person’s mental health.

Together, we can build tools to help you navigate life’s tides with greater resilience, clarity, and self-compassion. Whether in-person or online, I offer a safe and supportive space where you can feel grounded and empowered. If you’re ready to take the next step, I encourage you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation.
